I was born in Russia. My grand-grandfather was an icon painter in the  Church. I always liked to draw and my first attempt to work with oil painting happened at the age of 25.  Art is my passion and it is as a meditation. Drawing, I am diving or floating into a magical space far away from our problematic and tight reality.

Anyway, I have a technical and economical degree and have been working in the accounting field. After I did my first try to do oil painting I had showed my artworks in Moscow National University of Art. There is 4 years program of a professional artist in it. I was enrolled and accepted on the 3rd grade. My style is realism. Maybe in one day, I'll do the next step, to develop the painting in my favorite manner, impressionism.

I lived in Vancouver, BC, Canada and was a member of the Federation of Canadian Artists. Having relocated to NB, I am now a member of the Fredericton Society of Artists.
